We will create a Tweetee clone app in this tutorial, similar to the one displayed in the photos below. The backend of the project will be created first, and the frontend will be created using a framework of your choice.

Let's write out the idea first so we know what to do before tackling Typetron's backend. There will be:

a Home page that shows the most recent tweet from the service based on the users you are following, and an Explore page that displays the most recent tweets from the service based on the themes you've chosen.

a Notifications tab that displays the most recent twitter interactions, such as new followers or tweets, for you

A basic understanding of Javascript is required, otherwise, at first glance React Native can appear to be complex science. I assure you that it is not. React Native stands out from other Javascript frameworks in major part because it doesn't introduce a tonne of abstraction layers. It keeps you rather near to JavaScript's fundamentals

So, if you are comfortable with all fundamental DOM and JavaScript ideas, React Native is for you!

After working on a few projects, you'll see that React Native gives you a lot of freedom without significantly increasing the complexity of your work.

By attempting to create a Twitter clone app, I made the decision to learn React Native. In order to demonstrate how I created this app, I will first quickly discuss my experience with React Native before getting into the code.
